TRICIA WOODGETT, Producer
TRICIA WOODGETT began writing, directing and producing independent films more than 10 years ago. Through her film production company, TigerEye Films, her primary focus has been independent films based on real-life events, comedies and social awareness art-house productions.
Tricia’s body of work includes award-winning social awareness films, Circles, Nothing At All and Things You Should Know About Me. Her released films include Carter High (NetFlix & cable television US), starring Charles S. Dutton, Vivica A. Fox, Pooch Hall and David Banner; Lady Luck (on Amazon Prime) starring Trevante Rhodes, Irma P. Hall and Don Battee; and civil rights comedy Jerico, starring JoMarie Patton, George Wallace, Irma P. Hall and Richard Jackson (on Amazon Prime and DVD). Tricia is currently in development with the following projects: 1921, feature film based on the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre; Mahalia Jackson biopic feature film; animation, The Legend of Caprina; and limited series, White Like Her, based on the novel, White Like Her by Gail Lukasik.
Tricia graduated from Dallas Baptist University with her MBA in Finance with a minor in Project Management.
