Forgotten; 31 Day Angst Challenge
I... I’ve never drawn Zahir before, this was super fun! I wasn’t sure what to do for Forgotten initially. My early ideas were more ‘Jade and Pitch’, given how he abandoned her soon after creating her, (See, this comic - Side note, It WAS on tumblr but it appears they’ve flagged it so I don’t know where it is. But luckily I posted it on deviantart.)
But after some thought, I decided to focus more on a modern idea. I’ve been fleshing out a new version of Wolve’s story, in which she sacrifices herself to protect her friends and family, including her husband Zahir. Zahir, stubborn as he is, would do anything for his wife, but it’s already too late. She’s gone, and he’s forgotten.
