In this episode, I tried to keep things a "tad" shorter by focusing on a lot of the milestones of the episode. But the name of the game today was the hangar redsign that needed to happen. I had tried to stick with the original but...it just wasn't going to be that functional. So I finished the underside of the hull to match the top, then cut a hole in the bottom to give me an opening for a vertical hangar door. After that, I tried to figure out HOW I was going to build the door, & ended up settling on two large piston chains that basically just push a 1 block tall plate of blast door blocks over the opening. It still probably won't be air tight, but it actually came together pretty well...now if I can only figure out how to make the hull look right with two big holes in it... :/

Welcome to a new season of Space Engineers! This is a survival Let's Play series using just Vanilla Space Engineers. I've been away from the game for so long that they've made a lot of improvements and updates to the base game. So I wanted to see how the new changes feel, and so far, I'm VERY happy with them! Hopefully it will make this the funnest season yet! :)
