My first try at a gingerbread "house" (or, at least, a more appropriate 2020 Dumpster Fire version), and my first stop-motion video!

The garbage bags, rats, etc. are made out of fondant. If you'd like a tutorial on making a Gingerbread Dumpster Fire, you can see that here: https://amyeverafter.com/gingerbread-...

Equipment used to make the video:

Two Lowel EGO lights. I have the old (non-LED) version. They don't seem to be available new anywhere, but I bought mine like-new from eBay a couple of years ago for a fantastic price, and I still see them listed there often: https://go.magik.ly/ml/13njn/ (for price comparison, they sold new for about $180 each, and I got mine for $125 for the pair)

The new LED version looks great, and if I were buying now, that's what I would get! https://go.magik.ly/ml/13njh/

I use these backgrounds, https://amzn.to/34AUAnm, but the version I have doesn't seem to be available right now (the Lush is though!). I like these because they're stiff (they're not the kind that roll up), clean easily, and come with a storage bag.

I would not recommend the little tripod I used for this (it moves too easily and is hard to adjust), but good ones are not expensive and are essential for making this kind of video: https://amzn.to/3h7GmiQ

And last, I took the pictures with my Samsung S20 Ultra: https://amzn.to/38rIuhx Use the voice feature to take the pictures, because even tapping lightly on the screen can move your phone.
