I see why some think its inclusion weakens Peters arc, it feels kinda cheap to basically give him the symbiote without any of its consequences (which is what makes symbiote stories interesting in the first place) tho I understand from a gameplay perspective why it was included
you need a canon reason for the player to be able to use symbiote abilities still
