STEPS: (you can do this in any difficulty)
1. you must have golden aegis for this to work
2. beat the game normally but dont kill onyx just yet
3. go up to the office room near vault thermite and press f on the door, it doesnt have an interaction ui but itll work if u press f
4. a file should be there and thats it
