2.3 Path of Exile - Lvl 87 Arc Elementalist : Precinct (T11) map.
Still with my 66% Fire pen, Avatar of Fire Arc character, doing a quick Precinct map.
I got feedback that my build was bad. First of all, I don't have a 6L coil yet and this build was never meant to be as OP as the top tier builds, it's supposed to be a simple 1 click build that allows me to play Arc the way I like it.
If there is alot of interest I will do a video guide on it, personally I think it is a bit weak right now indeed, but it's far from being bad and I clear any maps under 5 minutes (as long as I can do the boss in said map).
