howdy frens!! hoohee I'm sorry it's been a tad longer than I expected since my last video.. ;m;
alas, here's an original animation meme! I've been wanting to make an edit of some sort involving this song for a real good while now and I'd love to see if others will make their own versions of this meme too! c:
here's a bit of the story behind this:
the two main ocs are Petros and Bruzimor
Petros is the first OC that shows up in the video. His species is a Certilion (I made it up myself, not a real species) which is a bat/deer hybrid species.
Bruzimor is the second OC that shows up. His species is a Gliomynus which is a garden dormouse/civet hybrid.
The universe they live in is technically an AU based off of a simulation they're forced to see. Ruben is in this AU (doesn't necessarily pertain to the real universe he lives in, but most of his motives are similar) and he controls Toons to see this simulations and have them feel like they've lived there their whole life.
In this case, Petros and Bruzimor are actually Toons (Petros is a deer and Bruzimor is a mouse) but in the AU, they are replicated as different forms of themselves in the simulation where they see a whole different side of themselves.
Ruben induces their brains to make them feel accounted for sins or crimes that they can't feel reconditioned for making up any good of themselves. However, when Petros and Bruzimor meet, their feelings become intact as they become closer and they realize what was missing all along. It was the gateway back out of the simulation.
Ruben doesn't want them to feel that way however, as he wants to keep them utilized for his own sake and use them for his own greater gains.
It is a long story, but I hope this sums up a little bit!
