Strategic corporate goals are 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 of individualized products, as well as more flexibility for 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. It's good to know that there are field-proven integration concepts that allow interdisciplinary engineering teams to build their 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗲𝗻𝗱-𝘁𝗼-𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀. That makes them 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁.
With a PLM system as the central collaboration platform, added value is generated quickly via system integrations of varying depth:
☛ 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 such as the management of mechatronic product data and parts lists.
