This is the second video of Andrey Kutuzov from Moscow that I'm posting on my channel. I've known Andrey for a long time; we're about the same age; he's 47 and I'm 46. We've both been in the open phase of FSB torture with psychotronic weapons for nine years now. As for the sleep deprivation torture, it's even worse for me. I'm only allowed to sleep, if you can call it sleep, for about four hours once every three or four months; the rest of the time, I have insomnia, like he has now. Then, after the torture, and to keep me from going crazy and dying, they let me nap after 4-4:30 AM for no more than an hour every day. And then you still have to go to work to earn a living. During this time, the intelligence services' AI affects certain parts of your brain so that you can somehow continue to exist and function, because without mental consequences, you won't be able to withstand more than seven days of insomnia and will simply die. They still need you as a lab rat; otherwise, they'll have to find a new person and spend years training them. The FSB needs batons and epaulettes now. So, they can torture you for years, torment you until your body dies and the FSB has squeezed everything out of you. The intelligence services' AI, which is naturally adjusted by living agents, operates for specific operational purposes at the moment. Otherwise, they wouldn't be able to place millions of citizens under passive psychotronic control. As for the insomnia torture, it's done solely to prevent the restoration of natural neural connections and synapses in the brain. And the best medicine for restoring the psyche and the functioning of the brain and body is sleep. So the FSB is doing this to us deliberately, violating every conceivable law, including ethical ones. And yet, of course, all of this is torture and blatant sadism. It's worth noting that due to external electromagnetic influences, new neural connections are formed in the brain at the test subject's resonant frequency, which is perceived as the subject's own. These connections become primary and fundamental for the person. This is how a completely controllable and poorly understood zombie is created, directed by special services to carry out specific commands and tasks. Because thought, vision, hearing, feelings, bodily guidance, etc., are all electromagnetic in nature, i.e., electromagnetic impulses between neurons in the brain. Knowing its specific frequency allows one to both write them off and influence them from the outside. An innocent person can be kept in a zombified state for years, even decades.
