Hristo Grozev is fundamentally wrong. I've emailed Insider a couple of materials about the Russian special services' psychotronic (microwave) weapons, but I've received zero responses. The idea that the SVR will use "fear" to target Western countries isn't even close to the Pickaxe/Ice Axe/Trotsky assassination, but rather a direct approach. They were talking about using psychotronics throughout the US and EU. Its primary purpose would be to remove resonant frequencies from the leadership of these countries, defectors, "traitors," journalists, and anyone of interest to the Russian special services. This involves wiping out a person's entire cognitive map, creating panic attacks, extracting information directly from the subconscious, driving them to suicide if necessary, etc. Plus, it involves influencing the consciousness of the masses in these countries and preparing demonstrations. There are thousands of ways to use it. First and foremost, this is an impact on human psychophysical functions, essentially creating zombies, coding the leadership of countries to FEAR emigrants, and aiding Ukraine by using, at a minimum, a nuclear strike. Complete discrediting of Ukrainians as refugees and the actions of their country's leadership, a split in the elite, and so on down the list. Incidentally, it was precisely because of the use of psychotronics that they handed over the final version to FSB General Eduard Chernovoltsev, the former head of the FSB's Scientific and Technical Service.
Unfortunately, Christo was led far in the wrong direction. They know how to do this. And about "Storm" and about discrediting through coding and subconscious manipulation. They sit there and chuckle, claiming that they're idiots. But we all know how, for example, they discredit us so that no one will believe us. What can I say, how they discredited D. Medvedev? Remember my video? They simply got him drunk when the SVO collapsed, since he, as the former head of state, was the first person to replace Putin. They got rid of Sergei Ivanov a long time ago. I agree about the GRU, because even when it was created, only slackers worked there, and they still do, even though Artur Artuzov helped them. There are, of course, a few exceptions; there were and are extremely talented people there, who, among other things, created psychotronic weapons.
And yes, he wasn't poisoned; the glare in his eyes, the tearfulness, the appearance of a "thorn" in his eye are all symptoms of its use. They've already tormented everyone with their Novichok and other poisons; there are technical weapons hundreds of times worse than Novichok. They somehow picked up Khristo and either recorded his individual resonant frequency, or somehow obtained biological material, like saliva, and are now "working" based on DNA resonance. I'm very sorry, he's in great danger. He needs to contact his contacts in the special services; if they're competent, they can shut this down, assuming he doesn't remain in this state for long.
