Cities Skylines make your own water source and outlet
I am so surprised so many players of Cities Skylines turn their beautiful rivers and seas into nasty sewage's, and even complete brownish rivers flow through a city. And while that, the solution can be so simple. You only need a piece of land, the large water pumping station and The Extra Landscaping mod, which contains the water source, and the Network Anarchy mod to put quay walls everywhere you want. Optional you can use the Move It mod to align the whole quay wall to the same height.
