London Car Attack! 'Somali-Born Man' Arrested For Attempted Murder For Driving Into Shoppers!
A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a car struck several people on a busy shopping street in Ealing. Five people were injured in the incident, with three taken to hospital, after the vehicle hit shoppers on Ealing Broadway before the driver fled. Police later stopped the 34-year-old suspect in nearby Grange Park and arrested him on suspicion of attempted murder and dangerous driving. Officers say the incident is not currently being treated as terror-related, but they are keeping an open mind over the motive.
