Unreleased Nintendo Game & Watch Tetris 1988 (TR-66) prototype finally revealed

After about 35 years this unreleased Nintendo Game & Watch prototype of Tetris was uncovered. It was allegedly made just before the Game Boy was released, but canceled at some point.
I have a look at this prototype to determine if it's real or a hoax, and I found the owner of the device to ask him some questions.
