A selection of small and cozy player home style settlements for my companion and I. My chosen locations will be small, uninhabited, and spread out enough to make travel time a factor. This synergizes well with settlement-light playthroughs, camping mods, difficulty increases and deadlier environments.
And since neither I nor my companion want to live in a dump, I will be modding and restoring a few locations to suit my needs. This may include features such as switched lighting and lightboxes to suit a floorplan I will use in the template. If you want to use a modded location but with a different settlement floorplan, you will need to edit and optimize it to your liking.
Next up will the final map location on the southern end of the map. The only viable spot that is small and uninhabited is Murkwater Construction Site. So I've got my work cut out for me.
