SEIZING THE PROMISES OF GOD
(JOSHUA 1:1-9)
1. FAITH (1 JOHN 5:4, MARK 10:46-52, JAMES 1:5-8)
✝️ The only way to take the Promised Land is to seize it by Faith.
✝️ By Faith, we become partakers of His divine nature.
✝️ We conquer, not by faith in our own ability, but by faith in the one to which all things bow.
✝️ Dreams watered with unwavering Faith eventually become reality.
2. OBEDIENCE (ISAIAH 1:18-20, LUKE 6:46-48)
🔥 To redeem God’s earthly promises, we must align every aspect of our lives with His will.
🔥 Revelation diminishes in an environment of sin.
🔥 Detoxing emotionally, on a daily basis, makes one immune to the devices of the enemy.
🔥 Righteous living allows us constant access to God’s power.
3. VISION (PROVERBS 29:18, NUMBERS 12:6)
✝️ Vision is the genesis of all greatness.
✝️ Vision starts with self-awareness, which can only be found in the presence of God.
✝️ Your Vision for your life must align with the promises of God.
✝️ Clarity is Gravity. If sustained long enough it will attract the circumstances needed to create the
outcome envisioned.
4. MINDSET (ROMANS 8:5-8, ROMANS 12:2)
🔥 A disciplined mind, rooted in truth, can do the impossible.
🔥 What you verbalize is a direct reflection of the beliefs that you have internalized.
🔥 Once you take full possession of the promise in your mind, nothing can stop you.
🔥 A person who’s mindset is content with anything less than God’s best, will never inherit the full
promises of God.
5. ACTION (JAMES 1:22-25, PSALM 128:2)
✝️ Action is the undisputable evidence which reveals one’s true level of Faith.
✝️ Your action must match the size of your dream.
✝️ Actions and Behaviors that continually align with the promise will eventually produce it.
✝️ Wisdom has not been fully accepted, until it’s been consistently acted upon.
