Absolutely Nothing Goes Wrong in This Seeded Marriage Speedrun

I've been exploring Seeded Marriage on 1.6. This is the latest attempt.
FAQ:
Q: What is this?
A: This is a seeded marriage speedrun. I am trying to marry Shane as fast as possible on a set seed. The seed has been chosen for the ItemDeliveryQuests, the fairy, and the amount of rain in Summer.
Q: ItemDeliveryQuests?
A: These are the quests on the billboard where a "random" villager wants you to deliver an item. Completing these gives 150 friendship points.
Q: I thought rain was tied to steps?
A: It was, but as of 1.6 it is now fully tied to seed.
Q: Why are you planting the seeds in those locations?
A: For the quality they will be when they are harvested, or they will convert to giant crops.
Q: Why Shane?
A: Shane has a really easy schedule. Every weekday or rain day he will leave his house at about 7:20 and head to work. He also has easy to obtain quality loved gifts.
Q: Why are you walking into your bed on the first day?
A: This is a step manip to make the dish of the day at the Saloon be Pepper Poppers. This will then drop from the Saloon trash. Pepper Poppers are a loved gift and will be given on Spring 20, Shane's bday, for 8 times the friendship points.
Q: Retaining Soil?
A: The melons need 12 watered days to grow. I water/rain waters them 9 times. I am hoping that the retaining soil triggers enough times to water them the remaining time. I can't easily manipulate this.
Q: Why were you watching TV?
A: To learn cooking recipes. The item requested from the billboard can change based on the number of cooking recipes you know. If needed, I check the TV on Sunday or Wednesday. There are also two recipes that Shane sends in the mail.

A: What do you mean? Read the title!
