Ramen Ride to Kinya Ramen & Bar, Hicksville, NY
HUGE SHOUTOUT TO JASON AND THE STAFF AT KINYA RAMEN for awesome service, chill atmosphere, smiling faces, and GREAT RAMEN. I got the Tan Tan ramen (though they have 24k gold added to the signature ramen, and that sounded interesting). I added extra tamago (egg), chashu (pork belly), and extra spice. Ladies and gentlemen, if you are out near Hicksville, NY on Long Island at any point and you are in the moods for some noods definitely check this spot out. The broth was spicy and had big flavor that immediately kicks (but not too bad). I added some spicy dry seasoning and some chili paste to turn it up a few notches. PERFECT. The egg was marinated and packed with deliciousness and the noodles were thin and pulled every slurp of broth up to my lips. Do yourself a favor. Go visit Kinya Ramen & bar. Oh yeah, they have a full-service bar, as well. Get yourself a few drinks, watch a game, and just relax. Tell them GymkhanaJOSH sent you!
