Crazy Cosplay Advice At A Comic Con Panel
This was the worst panel I have ever attended. The crazy part is this is only the highlights of the bad advice given.
No, you shouldn't "torch" any foam or put a match to it.
Steel wool makes for extremely itchy and scratchy chain mail. The worst part it will probably fall apart anyway.
Don't put silicon on you head unless you know what you are doing.
It is safe to say you should take everything you hear at a panel with a grain of salt and use some common sense.
