If you have a problem that money cannot solve, my friend, there you are in real trouble! It’s in those moments you realize, with all certainty, that you need God by all means to find peace—the peace of God, not the fleeting peace of the world.
You see, money can buy many things: comfort, security, luxury. But there's one thing it can never buy—true peace. Some may achieve financial wealth, yet pay a heavy price—at the expense of their conscience. They chase riches, but never sleep soundly. They acquire possessions, but never rest. Their hearts are full, yet empty, longing for something money cannot provide. Peace evades them, for wealth without God is an empty pursuit.
There is a void in every person, a space deep within, that only God can fill. No amount of success, fame, or riches can occupy that sacred space. When we try to fill it with worldly things, we only find frustration and sorrow.
But when we turn to God, when we trust in His provision and lean on His understanding, that’s when we discover the peace that surpasses all understanding. It’s a peace that calms the storms of life, that anchors us through uncertainty, and gives us rest, even when the world cannot.
So as you journey through this week, may you remember: no matter what wealth you acquire or problems you face, stay in God’s will. Seek His peace above all, for only His peace is eternal. Have a blessed week, and let’s stay anchored in the grace and love of God. 🙏🏾
