Teamup Tutorial: How To Share Your Calendar With Others

Teamup calendar is unique in that we do not require user accounts for calendar access. Instead, sharing a Teamup calendar with other participants is by means of calendar links. Calendar links are an easy and controllable way to give individuals or groups customized access to your Teamup calendar.
The calendar administrator sets these links up while viewing Teamup Calendar in a browser (not on the mobile app), by going to Settings - Sharing. These links can be one per person or for a group of people. Each link opens a customized view to the selected sub-calendars you’ve included. You can set permissions or what people can do with each sub-calendar: read-only, modify, etc. There are nine permission levels you can choose from.
After setting up your calendar links, you then send them to your team, either via email or other means. Thereafter your team members use their designated calendar link to access the calendar, in a browser on any platform, or via our mobile apps.
Create customized sharing links with the following steps:
1. Open your calendar in a web browser.
2. From the blue menu icon in the top right, select Settings.
3. Select Sharing from the blue sidebar.
4. Click the New Link button in the top right to create a new link for a user or user group - Use the name of the person or group who will be using the link.
5. Scroll down to the Calendars Shared section choose which sub-calendars to include in this calendar link. From the drop-down menu, choose All calendars or Selected calendars.
If you chose All calendars, set the Permission level from the drop-down menu.
If you chose Selected calendars, set the Permission level for each sub-calendar. For sub-calendars you do not wish to include on the calendar link, leave the permission setting on Not Shared.
