This is an injection molding project for an electric vehicle (EV) charger enclosure—a critical component that demands precision, durability, and aesthetic excellence.
To ensure optimal performance, we focused on:
✔ Material Selection – High-impact-resistant plastics for thermal stability and outdoor durability.
✔ Complex Geometry – Seamless assembly with snap-fit joints and proper wall thickness to avoid sink marks.
✔ Undercut & Side-Action Solutions – Custom sliders and lifters for clean demolding without part damage.
✔ Surface Finish – Texture and gloss options to meet branding or functional requirements (e.g., UV resistance).
