This tutorial features a BleedZone kit to help you bleed your Avid Elixir 1 hydraulic disc brakes, which you can purchase here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08C498PBT.
Bleed Block: These keep the pistons from pushing out during a bleed, but you don’t need a dedicated bleed block—just something firm that fits snugly between the pistons. Common substitutes include an appropriately sized Allen wrench (10mm for most brakes), a stack of old credit or gift cards, or tightly layered cardboard, as long as it won’t compress.
