I found people in videos playing this thanks to Youtube Recommendations so I decided to give it a try, pretty cool ngl.

Madness Accelerant is a fast-paced run-n'-gun game to beat the enemies (A.A.H.W Agents) and escape the beast monster (Tricky in his Giant Demon form). This game is a playable remake of Krinkel's Madness Consternation and was made during Madness Day 2009. (Yes, this game was waaaay back in 2009, crazy right?)
