this song is also like 3 years old... you've all heard it already...
it was on Find Your Way's 2nd album "DIFFERENT WAYS"

in an album of songs I think are all good I think particularly well of this one in spite of me having basically ripped off asayake no ato to make it (you can listen to a playlist of songs that inspired the album here: • music that inspired DIFFERENT WAYS )
it's about Growing Up and Growing Apart
but maybe there wasn't anything there in the first place
I put my english words in there for the first time if you're into that
this song not only has the album name drop in the lyrics,
but is also (purposefully) similarly named to draw the emotional's "Ghost and your heart"
and also sort of referenced a draw the emotional song in the Japanese translation ("君の未来 僕の願い" → "君と僕の未来") but now that I've looked it up it's too vague to really be a reference
that was the original intent though
