ASUS ROG Strix G16 Defective Keyboard

This software was used to display the key presses as the OS understands them. Look at the orange text on the top left that shows the pressed keys. The A key is not registering until I press another key. I have re-installed drivers, turned off the windows key filter setting, etc. Nothing fixes it. This laptop is a lemon.
