In 2020, The Michelin Guide honored SingleThread with a Green Star, its first year of awarding restaurants. On October 6, Cuzen Matcha, the award-winning home matcha making system, will officially announce a new recipe collaboration with Chef Kyle Connaughton and his team at SingleThread Farm-Restaurant-Inn.
