(Pre 1.19) How To Make A Plugin With Per-Player World Borders (WorldBorderAPI)
In this video, I will be showing you how to make use of an API that allows you to display different world borders for each player. This API makes use of packets which allow for it to be very lightweight. This will work for Spigot & PaperMC as well as any fork of those.
