Welcome to the GameReplays World Series 2024 Semi-Finals for Command & Conquer Generals Zero Hour! This tournament is the pinnacle of 1v1 competitive play for Zero Hour enthusiasts, where the top players battle for supremacy, pride, and a share of the $13,000 prize pool.

Tonight’s showdown features two elite players:
• Marakar (Egypt) – @Marakar – With a background in the mod scene, Marakar is known for his hyper-focused aggressive strategies and consistent gameplay.
• BiG^SiZe (Denmark) – @bigsizezerohour8249 – A previous World Series winner and seasoned tactician, who is also a highly respected player in the community.
They’ll face off in an intense best-of-13 series, with a place in the Grand Finals at stake. Get ready to witness some of the finest Zero Hour gameplay. More details about this semi-finals are outlined below.

GameReplays World Series Semi-Finals:
Best of 13 (race to 7 victories).
In case of a 6 - 6 score, the decider is to be a GLA mirror on [RANK] Snowy Drought ZH v5.
Players may agree on match-ups. If no match-up is agreed, players will play Random Reverse.
Marakar will pick the first map, after that it will alternate between players. Same map can not be picked twice (unless it's the decider--the decider map must be played).
Any match-up of Air Force General vs any USA will result in an automatic veto, and re-roll of the armies. This is because Air Force General is too powerful and the score will (in almost all cases) result in +1 for each player.

DISCLAIMER ABOUT WORLD SERIES 2024 SEMI-FINALS CAST:
A while back, it was agreed upon that ExCaL would cast this set on his YouTube channel. Unfortunately, due to recent unforeseen events, ExCaL's internet is not reliable enough for livestreaming. As a solution, it was agreed upon that I would cast this set, and that I would try to co-cast with ExCaL.
I understand that this solution might not be ideal for everyone. I also understand that everyone has their own preferred streamer. Ultimately, GameReplays decided on this way forward, and I was willing to step in as a streamer to make this set possible.
Any questions regarding non-English speaking streamers should be asked directly to the GameReplays organizers.
