Best WiFi Security Camera with MIPC App - DMZOK
I love the security cameras that have the MIPC app. The camera has excellent video & audio quality. The audio is great and you can even hear someone in the other room if they are talking. It is easy to setup and takes less than 5-10 minutes. My wife and I use the surveillance camera in our office room. Wifi connect is excellent. Wifi is mostly determined by your router, and I have a TP-Link Archer C5400 that I am using. The PC software and app is easy to operate and settings up adjustments takes seconds. My wife and I really like that you can have individual settings on each phone and it doesn't change the others setting.
The camera app allows you to zoom & two way audio. Zooming is just with two finger next to each other and then spreading them apart. Just like would zoom in on a smart phone or tablet to look closer. The night vision and motion detection is excellent. This is truly my favorite IP app and MIPC is constantly updating the app. The only down side is that the app/pc only allows for 3 day storage on a 32gb SD card when programmed for 24/7 surveillance. So I would advice buying the 64gb that it supports. It is easy to download and view video's within the 3 day time frame though. Overall, my wife and I are very pleased with the surveillance camera, ease of use, setup time, features, and quality of video and audio. Below are the specifications and steps for my setup.
Smartphone: Samsung Galaxy Core Prime
Browser: Google Chrome
The Setup process:
1. Plug-in the device and it will start a 60 second self test.
2. Install app MIPC & sign up
3. Scan QR code on the bottom of the camera (use wifi connection if you have it and enter your SSID and password (keep phone near camera during the this process)
4. Configuration lights 3 red & 3 green means success
5. Sign up for PC site (Mipcm.com)
6. Click the "+ " sign on the bottom left of the screen in the middle of the wrench and refresh icon to add device (device ID is on the phone or on the bottom of the camera)
7. Default password is admin
8. It will then direct you to change your password
End of setup process
Additional notes that is not in the instructions:
Change Nickname (camera name): Settings, Nicknames (change the name)
Change Resolution: top right (three lines) left click mouse button and then change it to 720P
Change download path: top right (three lines) left click mouse button and then change the download path
Motion detection: settings, motion detection
Audio & Mic: settings, others
Last thing you want to do is make sure to upgrade to the latest software version: settings, system (online upgrade) .

Not really a con. Only 3 day storage with 24/7 on 32gb surveillance (but you can easily download and view video within the time frame), so I would advice buying the 64gb that it supports for you want to store more days
