This video demonstrates how to complete an endospore stain in the microbiology lab. Endospores staining is the type of staining to recognize the presence of spore in bacterial vegetative cells. The bacterial endospores need staining which can penetrate the wall thickness of spore bacteria. A method of endospores staining is the Schaeffer Fulton method that used Malachite Green and Saffranin.
