Decluttering My House from 2000 sq ft to 400 sq ft, Part 3! 🏡✨
Today, I tried a completely new decluttering approach that goes against all the expert advice you usually hear! 🤯 Instead of picking out the few items I don’t want, which can be overwhelming and lead to keeping things I don’t need, I flipped the script.
I started by only pulling out the items I DO want to keep, using just this small grey bin to limit my storage space (like we talked about in part 1 of restricting storage space). 🎒
The remaining items on the shelf (and some in this brown box)? They’re the ones I DO NOT want or need. By bypassing the emotional attachment that comes from handling each item, I was able to declutter twice as much! 🙌
