What would inspire you to start donating platelets?
For Phil it was the loss of 3 close friends - Paddy, Pippa and Pete to different types of cancer. He decided to make a difference and help people going through the trauma of cancer treatment.
Phil regularly donates platelets and each time he visits Birmingham he loves catching up with the donor carers.
