Things to Remember:
Time of day, when is the best time to shoot depending on the house and location.
Location: Where the house is located makes a big difference
Size/Inside & Outside: The size is important, it will determine the camera lens you use
Lighting: Interior lights can be different room to room, learn how to adjust your White balance real estate videos and real estate photography.
Lense: Wide angle is good for inside but how wide is too wide? 11mm? 14mm? 20mm?
Gimbal or No Gimbal for real estate videos? I use an electronic gimbal for any sense that is not too heavy or bulky, otherwise a floaty works great too with some practice.
Interviews? For these I use a tripod, a light if necessary but its better to use natural sunlight, and a directional microphone since there will usually be other sounds in the back-round.
Music: this is at the clients choice because the music must either be license free, or they must be charged for the music rights.
Editing: This eats up time so try to keep it simple, get better shots and white balance correctly so you don't spend all day in post production. Real estate videography is meant to sell a home, its not a commercial so it doesn't have to be production level, realtors typically will not pay for production level videography and editing since it comes out of their commission.
Camera: Anything will do, obviously a full frame or mirrorless is better but you can do this with a GoPro in the beginning, stabilized video is an absolute must, you can't sell shaky video, 1080i-p is probably fine, they will use this on zillow and realtor.com so don't worry too much about 4k or 5k.
