UPDATE for 3.9 METAMORPH expansion
I think some metamorphs can drop Headhunter, though still not 100% sure.
Zana Nemesis mod is back, so ways to get Headhunter that need this mod again work. As soon I get Headhunter Belt in 3.9 I will make a new Updated video. Until then, if you need more information, you can contact me in-game - my IGN - McRedEAMeta.
From 1-25, only number 17 doesn't work anymore because Shaper stronghold was removed from the game.
UPDATE for 3.8 BLIGHT expansion
It is possible to get Headhunter from chests inside blight maps and from blight encounters.
UPDATE for 3.7 LEGION expansion
there is no Zana Nemesis mod, so ways that need this mod, will not work
Legion mob with a special icon/symbol that drops random unique, can drop Headhunter Belt. The symbol looks like a pineapple.
Time-Lost Incubator can give HH belt
Some legion chests, not sure about this
Arrogance of the Vaal - divination card - very very low chance
UPDATE for Path of exile 3.6 Synthesis : All ways (17) from 3.5 still work in 3.6 and we have two more ways - using an orb of chance on white leather belts and using Ancient Orbs on Unique Belts inside the map with Zana Nemesis mod. Be sure that you are inside the map with Zana Nemesis mod, if you wish to try this two ways. Also if you use Ancient Orbs, use them on Unique Belts item level 40-43 because "Ancient Orbs are to some degree restricted by item level or at least influenced by it. 1. Buy one from trade
2. The Doctor div card - A set of eight can be exchanged for a Headhunter
3. The Fiend div card - A set of eleven can be exchanged for a corrupted Headhunter
4. The Valkyrie div card - A set of eight can be exchanged for a random unique item from the Nemesis league
5. The Undaunted div card - A set of five can be exchanged for a random corrupted unique Nemesis item
6. The Wretched div card - A set of six cards can be exchanged for a random unique belt
7. Time-Lost Relic div card - A set of ten can be exchanged for a random unique league-specific item
8. Jack in the Box div card - A set of four can be exchanged for a random unique item, including those that are league-restricted. However, it cannot award boss-exclusive items.
9. The Void div card - It can be exchanged for the reward shown on another divination card. The reward is chosen in a weighted random fashion; it is more likely to return the reward for common divination cards than rare ones
10. Temple - Altar of Sacrifice inside Hall of Offerings and inside Apex of Ascension
11. Temple - Level 3 upgrade of Storage room - Museum of Artifacts
12. Beastcrafting - create Unique belt
13. Beastcrafting - convert this Unique item...
14. Immortal Syndicate - from Cameria if he belongs to Transportation Safehouse
15. Immortal Syndicate - After encounter - Bargain - drop Unique item (not 100% sure about this one )
16. Delve - from Hidden Heirloom chests ( yea, i misspelled that in the video :)
17. Boss of Shaper's Stronghold can drop league specific uniques (REMOVED from the game in 3.9)
18. Using Ancient Orbs on Unique Belts inside the map with Zana Nemesis Mod
19. Using orb of chance on white leather belts inside the map with Zana Nemesis Mod
20. In 3.6 - When you use Zana Nemesis mod on any map, inside that map you have a small chance to get as drop ALL Uniques from Nemesis League, including Headhunter Belt. So if you use this mod on any map, be sure to clear the whole map, maybe you get lucky and get belt this way.
