With this webcam tutorial for OBS Studio and Streamlabs, you'll learn three different ways to create a quick zoom effect for stream. The three methods are quite simple to implement to your broadcast, and take around 5-10 minutes in total to create.
Two of the three camera face zoom effects are workable in Streamlabs, Xsplit, etc and all three of the techniques are available for OBS Studio.
Cam Zoom Technique 1 - uses two sources within the same scene; one enlarged source and a switch between the two on the Stream Deck
Cam Zoom Technique 2 - uses transitions or transition overrides on Streamlabs / OBS Studio to switch between two separate scenes - each with a different sized camera zoom, again programmed into the Stream Deck.
Cam Zoom Technique 3 - uses Move Transition plugin for OBS Studio to create Move Source filters controlling the transform of sources to zoom in, and zoom out again automatically. These now can be added to a Stream Deck with the OBS filter button in the new Stream Deck update.
