rune levels matter in DLC
This video is to help explain and provide a live example demonstrating that basic rune levels do correspond to attack power in the SOTE DLC for Elden Ring. There has been speculation that rune levels have no bearing on power in the DLC, but this video disproves that concept. Instead, it demonstrates that the power in the DLC is a multiplicative value based off of the base stats, so the higher the stats, the higher it scales, and the lower your base stats, the lower it scales. Due to keeping my character at level 100 for the entire base game and DLC playthroughs, to hunt down all bosses at this level, I do not know if there is a cap or ceiling to which attack power can scale. I have seen attack power up to 1500 on a weapon so far when viewing other streamers.
