Adam Holzman and Brave New World: "Abandoner" (visualizer)
The song “Abandoner“ is one of my personal favorites. It was on the set list for the first few tours I did with Steven, so not only is it a great song, but it is connected to some great memories for me. I think it works well as an instrumental, and I’ve been performing it as a solo piano piece for the past few years. I am especially happy with this live version performed by my band Adam Holzman & Brave New World, from my new album The Last Gig.
In some ways this song is a metaphor for what we have all been going through for the past year and a half. When you get to the last section of the song you’ll know what I mean! The Last Gig is available from Bandcamp, Burning Shed and Amazon.
