Beth and Jan Meet For First Time
Beth Seeley and Jan Eichholtz meet for first time ever (Sept 1, 2023) at his house in Berlin, Germany. Beth arrived in a fire truck borrowed from a local fire station. Jan was so surprised to see Beth. The grand entrance made it even more of a surprise. The fire truck entrance was arranged by Katharina, his wife. Friend Felix and volunteer fire fighter is the driver.
Jan is the bone marrow stem cell donor to Beth that saved her life from Leukemia (Acute Myeloid Leukemia). The stem cell DNA match was made through "Be The Match", a worldwide registry of potential doners for patients that need a stem cell transplant.
