Mailman uses Batch email delivery. Instead of constantly getting new emails, Mailman can deliver them every few hours to let you focus. Set Mailman to deliver your email at hourly intervals, a set number of times per day, or at specific times.
Mailman allows you to set VIPs so truly important emails are delivered immediately. You can add important senders, domains, or keywords to the VIP list, and they'll bypass the Mailman filters to ensure that you immediately see the things you need to.
Mailman screens email from new senders to block distractions Mailman blocks any emails from senders you haven't emailed with before, plus annoying newsletters, notifications, and other distractions.
Once a day, Mailman sends you a digest that shows all the emails Mailman blocked, and you can choose how you want each sender treated in the future.
