We successfully completed an Ajax Intruder Alarm System takeover from another company that installed the system last year in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
The customer reached out to us on social media due to dissatisfaction with the installation and after-sales service support. The previous installers were not Ajax Certified Specialists or Partners.
We identified several major system setup failures, which were corrected. We relocated sensors and moved the external siren to the front of the property with our NSL brand plate.
The system was installed to the highest standards, and the app was fully configured to ensure our customers can experience the full rich features of their Ajax System.
To enhance user experience, we've added coloured stickers on the Keypad and Fobs, to simplify learning, offering visual assistance for easy function recognition.
