This is step 4 of the quest ''A Sword Reforged''. There is most likely quicker places to jump back & fourth, but this has worked well for myself the best. This step takes a while and can get pretty frustrating, It took about 30 mins to get 6 relic crystals. I would recommend having a ghost that has the relic iron icons show up for you. Good luck getting your exotic sword, dudes. Also, the sword I have is void.
