I felt like I would take this space to say that the mentioned principal is also the person who overruled the decision that I couldn't wear the "boy color" for my graduation gown AND sent me a handwritten, heartfelt letter in the mail when she heard my mom died even though it was weeks after I graduated. So basically fuq all da h8rs she was awesome.
