Bad Pet Store Treatment
The plaintiff says she bought a puppy from the defendant’s pet shop, but shortly afterward the puppy became seriously ill. She returned the dog for treatment, only to be told later that it had died. Claiming she was offered neither a replacement puppy nor a refund, she’s now taking the pet shop to court
