The plaintiff hired the defendant to cover his pool. When the plaintiff uncovered the pool, he noticed a metal Frisbee at the bottom, and it left a rust ring, damaging the liner. The plaintiff is suing for the cost of a new liner. The defendant insists it’s the plaintiff’s responsibility to make sure nothing is left in the pool before covering. The defendant is countersuing for unpaid fees.
