Watch my suffering of solving this never-before solved mission w/ 0 losses on Heroic. I was very happy :) (Sorry about mic again).
You need to get Expert Logistics and Leadership – Estates (very rare) in previous mission, then waste time for a couple months and buy army and attack! Positioning is crucial. Send 1 small unit as sacrifice when fighting demon, Voila!
