I’ve mentioned him before, but it was time to do a deep dive into the burritos that keep me sane during the crossing. From his famous Mole to the creamy chicken, Willie and his wife are making some of the most authentic, affordable, and delicious food you can find.

If you’re crossing in the right lane in Tijuana, just ask around for Willie. Everyone knows him! His burritos sell out fast, so if you see his cooler, don’t wait—grab a few. They are incredibly affordable and easily the best meal you’ll get while sitting in traffic.
