Upright styling curly hair with Bounce Curl
Hi! I often get asked if I can do different styling techniques other than upside down styling. People with shorter hair have trouble with their hair not being laid evenly. In this video I try upright styling that I learned from @GenaMarie . She has more details on her page about the way she styles her hair but I tried to do it as close as possible. Gena has coarse texture hair & I have fine texture hair.
I do like the way my hair lays in the video. I do see that I do not have as much clumps or volume this method. Gena explains that when you get clumps, you will have less volume which is true so that is why you don't see it in this video. I do not have as much volume because I didn't style upside down.
I think this method is perfect for someone who has shoulder length hair or shorter! Also perfect for someone who wants evenly laid hair.
