Ingredients:
Sour cream 15% fat - 500 ml;
Sugar 170 gr. (to your taste, you can use more or less);
Instant gelatin (I have Mriya brand) - 20 gr.,
Hot boiled water - 70 ml. (for diluting gelatin).
Strawberries - 250 gr.;
Waffle cake (you can do without it).
