Hey everyone, I just finished watching this super interesting talk by Dave Wascha about his 20 years of experience in product management. It's called 20 Years of Product Management in 25 Minutes and it's packed with practical advice.
Wascha says the most important thing for product managers is to listen to their customers. He seems genuinely shocked by how many product managers don't focus on understanding the core problems their customers are facing. He even shared a funny story about a product called Smalt, which is a Bluetooth speaker, mood light, and internet-connected salt dispenser. Apparently, adding wifi to a salt shaker isn't a problem most customers are having!
